As someone who raises two cats, I came up with the idea for this furniture while addressing a problem. Since both cats always end up sharing a bed they both like, I came up with a modular design to accommodate both of them. This is made up of twelve pentagon-shaped pieces that can be arranged horizontally or vertically. Cats like the feeling of being enclosed, so I implemented this shape. The various sizes of circular holes stimulate their interest.

The wood was cut using a laser cutter based on the model completed in Fusion 360, and the pieces were then interwoven using cable ties to complete the structure.
